Nobel Laureate in Physics, Royal Academician of the United Kingdom, Emeritus Professor of the University of Cambridge. He was born in Cardiff, Wales,UK in 1940; he received his bachelor's degree from Cambridge University in 1960, a Ph.D. in physics in 1964, and became a fellow of the Trinity College in Cambridge (Fellow). He won the 1973 Nobel Prize for his prediction of the Josephson effect. Research results: Discover the Josephson effect; Mind-Matter Unification Project. Awards: New Scientist Award; 1969 Research Collaboration Award; 1970 London Fritzer Award; 1973 Nobel Prize in Physics.
